1. Using NestFlow

NestFlow provides household-ledger, transaction-management, bill-import, and related features. You may use the service only in accordance with these terms and the product controls made available to you.

2. Accounts and household access

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for selecting the people who can access a household.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably current.
• Protect your password, email account, devices, and active sessions, and notify NestFlow if you believe access has been compromised.
• Household owners and members must respect the access and financial information of other household members.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use NestFlow in a way that harms the service, other people, or data you are not permitted to handle.

• Do not upload files, financial records, or personal information that you are not permitted to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, household separation, or access controls.
• Do not upload malware, deliberately deceptive files, or content intended to disrupt or manipulate parsing systems.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe another person's rights.

4. Bill imports and AI results

Bill import is an assistance feature. An uploaded file or structured spreadsheet sample may be sent to a large language model as described in the Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for reviewing dates, amounts, currencies, descriptions, accounts, categories, and possible duplicates before confirmation.
• Recognition may omit, duplicate, or misread entries. Candidate transactions are not authoritative financial records.
• Confirming an import instructs NestFlow to write the selected candidates to your household ledger.

5. Free and Plus plans

Free and Plus memberships are subject to the limits shown in the Membership Center. Plus is billed as a monthly membership.

• Plus pricing, import allowances, renewal details, cancellation options, and any applicable promotion are shown before checkout.
• A purchase will not be created without your express action through the checkout flow.
• NestFlow may adjust membership features or limits prospectively and will update the Membership Center and applicable terms when it does so.

6. Your content and NestFlow

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You give NestFlow permission to host, transform, and process it only as needed to provide and secure the service. NestFlow's software, design, brand, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Changes and availability

NestFlow may maintain, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, security events, or dependencies outside NestFlow's control.

8. Review and financial responsibility

NestFlow is a record-keeping tool, not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your records, keeping any required source documents, and making financial decisions.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using NestFlow at any time. NestFlow may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable product controls.

10. Changes to these terms

NestFlow may update these terms as the product changes. Material updates will be presented through the product or another reasonable notice and will show a revised effective date.
